What is the Secondhand Smoke Program?

A free educational session to help families protect their children from secondhand smoke exposure and link family members who smoke to stop smoking services.
Who is eligible for these programs?
Pregnant women and families with young children and who are Cecil County residents interested in quitting smoking or learning about secondhand smoke. Participants must be 18 years or older.
How do I apply for services?
Cecil County residents must call the Cecil County Health Department to apply for these services. Self-help materials and information about the next scheduled program is available. Community organizations and local business interested in hosting a program are encouraged to contact the Cecil County Health Department for more information.
