What is the Blood Pressure Screening Program?
Free blood pressure screening is conducted for adults at community locations and worksites upon request by a community health outreach worker or nurse. Participants with elevated blood pressures are later contacted by a community health outreach worker to check and see if participants have completed follow-up recommendations.
Who do I contact with questions regarding the program?
If you have any questions or would like to request free blood pressure screening at your location, please call Teresa England, Division of Health Promotion at 410-996-5168.
